These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the fv7 platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, account features, bonuses, and payment services. One Account Per Player

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fv7 ("fv7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services available at fv7.app, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, card games, promotional offers, and payment services.

Account Registration and Security
To access fv7's full range of betting and gaming services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active fv7 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared device or payment method — is strictly prohibited. fv7 employs automated duplicate detection systems and reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and withhold balances pending investigation.

fv7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a clear photograph of your National ID Card (NID) or passport and a recent selfie. Additional documentation such as proof of payment method or proof of address may be requested in specific circumstances. Withdrawal Conditions

Casino and Live Game Rules
- The outcome of all RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games) is determined by certified Random Number Generator software. fv7 does not influence or alter these outcomes in any way.
- Live casino games are hosted by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios. The dealer's decisions and game outcomes in live games are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of player strategy or preference.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, software error, or server outage — fv7 will attempt to reconstruct the round outcome using available server logs. Prohibited Activities and Fraud
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fv7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances, including real-money funds, pending withdrawals, and any accrued bonus balances.
- Underage gambling: Attempting to register, access, or use fv7 services while under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
- Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per individual player, whether to claim multiple bonuses, evade a suspension, or for any other reason.

- Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after fv7 has credited a deposit to your account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant fraud prevention services.
- Use of prohibited software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, exploit software, or any other prohibited technology to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
- Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, or placing bets based on inside knowledge of match outcomes.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using a stolen identity, or impersonating another person during the registration or KYC verification process.
Account Suspension and Closure
fv7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the stipulated timeframe following a withdrawal request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
- A valid request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder via account settings or the support team.
- An account remaining completely inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal) for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant account fees may apply after this period as notified at the time of inactivity notification.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their fv7 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your last used payment method within five business days, subject to identity verification. Closed accounts cannot be reopened for a minimum of 30 days following closure.
